{"id":13220,"date":"2019-02-18T22:17:00","date_gmt":"2019-02-18T21:17:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/zurbaran.devplatform.tech\/?p=13220"},"modified":"2022-11-21T00:06:19","modified_gmt":"2022-11-20T23:06:19","slug":"three-law-firms-in-spanish-merger","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/zurbaran.devplatform.tech\/en\/three-law-firms-in-spanish-merger\/","title":{"rendered":"Three law firms in Spanish merger"},"content":{"rendered":"<style type=\"text\/css\" data-type=\"vc_cmsms_shortcodes-custom-css\"><\/style>\n<p>New entity called <strong>Zurbaran Abogados<\/strong> created by the joining together of the firms <strong>Zamora de Claver, Cuellar Abogados and RZS Abogados<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The new firm has eight partners and a total of 65 professionals, including lawyers and economists. <strong>Zamora de Claver<\/strong> has offices in Madrid, Zaragoza and Sevilla, while <strong>Cuellar Abogados<\/strong> and <strong>RZS<\/strong> are both based in Sevilla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>\u20ac11m combo<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The combined revenue of the new entity will be around \u20ac11 million. <strong>Cuellar Abogados<\/strong> is managed by the brothers <strong>Miguel and Adolfo Cuellar Portero<\/strong>, while <strong>RZS Abogados<\/strong> was founded by <strong>Jeronimo Zamora Lopez and Javier Romero Mart\u00ednez-Canavate<\/strong>. <strong>Zamora de Claver<\/strong> is managed by partners <strong>Javier Romero Iribas<\/strong> and <strong>Angel Zamora Gonzalez de la Pena<\/strong>. Also joining the new firm are <strong>Ricardo Astorga Morano<\/strong> and <strong>Jose Manuel Garcia-Quilez<\/strong>, who were partners at the Andalusian firm <strong>Montero and Aramburu<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>\u2018boutique of boutiques\u2019<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Javier Romero Mart\u00ednez-Canavate<\/strong> said all partners are<em> \u2018very excited\u2019<\/em> with the project while director of the firm, <strong>Ricardo Astorga<\/strong> explained all partners have known each other for more than 25 years, and four of them are professors in the commercial law department of the University of Seville. <strong>Jeronimo Zamora<\/strong> said they will maintain their values as a<em> \u2018boutique\u2019<\/em> office, made up of a few highly specialized professionals offering their clients direct and exclusive treatment. <strong>Ricardo Astorga<\/strong> said,<em> \u2018we are a boutique of boutiques.\u2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Fuente: Three law firms in Spanish merger.
