Pablo Gutiérrez-Alviz Velasco holds a degree in Law from the University of Seville (class of 2006) and completed the LL.M. in Business Legal Advice at the Instituto de Empresas (IE Law School), as well as the LL.M. in International Business and Commercial Law at King´s College London (Dickson Poon School of Law).

Pablo has more than 10 years of experience and he is a specialist in civil and commercial litigation, and he actively manages judicial and arbitral proceedings related to a wide range of matters, such as contractual and extracontractual disputes, and conflicts related to inheritances, company law   –challenging of company resolutions, and corporate liability actions against members of boards of directors– and insolvency law –reinstatement actions and liability sections of bankruptcy proceedings–.

The activity sectors in which he has provided advice are diverse, highlighting the agri-food sector, the aviation industry, the hospitality sector, the real estate, the financial sector and the pharmaceutical industry.

Before joining Zurbarán Abogados, Pablo Gutiérrez-Alviz worked at Uría Menéndez and Cuatrecasas Gonçalves Pereira, among others.

He has been a member of the Seville Bar Association since 2010, and belongs to the Spanish Arbitration Club since 2022.
